In the region of The Hague there are many problems with finding and keeping affordable housing. Housing is insecure and expensive, and that only seems to get worse. In this context, the Bond Precaire Woonvorm (BPW) will soon organize a meeting in The Hague.

We are here setting up a local group of BPW staff. Because in addition to local groups that have recently started in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Utrecht, we naturally also want to build solidarity between residents in The Hague. Do you have the time and desire to participate? Maybe you have questions or ideas about this topic? Would you like to exchange ideas with others about what you are doing in this area? Then be very welcome!

We give a short presentation about the activities that the BPW has undertaken to demand housing security for residents. What methods and goals does the BPW have? What can we do together to organize ourselves for the right to housing and are there any interested parties to join a local group of BPW'ers in the The Hague region?

You are also welcome if you have questions about (temporary) rent, evictions or unreasonable demands from landlords and you want to know what your rights actually are and how you can take action if your rights have been taken away. Experienced people from BPW can inform you about what you can do in such a situation.
