CRASH! How to survive the housing crisis.
A workshop and event on mutual aid, direct action and self-organization.

Every year new people find themselves in the Utrecht housing crisis. Young people literally live on the couch, in hostels or in much too expensive sublet rooms. Although housing is a basic right, housing is increasingly precarious, temporary and inaccessible. 70% Of young people between the ages of 18 and 24, more than 40% of their income is spent on rent. Something has to change.

“CRASH! How to survive the housing crisis” is organized by the BPW and We Want Woonruimte. We will explore what we can do together. An interactive, musical event with performances, discussions, food and live music by Dave Mochilero y su Candelas.

While housing is a key human right it becomes precarious, temporary and unaccessible. 70% of the 18 to 24 year old pay more than 40% of their income to rent. Something has gotta change.

How to survive the housing crisis? Come to Crash! an event organized by Bond Precaire Woonvorm in cooperation with We Want Woonruimte. We will investigate what we could do together.
