From August 2017 to June 2018, the Bond Precaire Woonvorm in Utrecht will hold a tenant consultation hour. We help Utrecht tenants who live temporarily, insecurely or too expensively to stand up for their rights.

The Tenants Consultation is on the first and third Monday of the month from 14:00 to 18:00 at ACU at Voorstraat 71 in Utrecht.

It will take place on the following dates: August 21, September 4 and 18, October 2, 16 and 30, November 6 and 20, December 4 and 18, January 8 and 22, February 5 and February 19, March 5 and 19, 9 and April 23, May 7 and 28, June 4 and 18. (check this site for the latest dates)

This consultation is especially for tenants with a temporary or uncertain or too expensive rental contract. People with, for example, an anti-squat contract, campus contract, vacancy law contract, rental contract for a definite period, youth contract or another (temporary) contract are welcome.

During this consultation hour, we advise on legal aspects of (flexible) renting, but also on building up social and political pressure.
